Abstract This semester, Georgia Tech is partnering with Seelio, an online student portfolio service, to help design capstone students showcase their learning and experiences to alumni, employers, and the broader Georgia Tech community during the Spring 2014 Capstone Design Expo. In this talk, we will explore how online engineering portfolios, such as Seelio, can be used to effectively support interdisciplinary design education at Georgia Tech, help raise corporate sponsorship, and better prepare students for their future careers. We will also look at how Seelio is being implemented at other Georgia Tech’s peer institutions. Capstone Design students from this semester have already started using Seelio and their projects are being showcased here: https://seelio.com/g/gatech-expo-spring14. |
