This seminar will provide an intellectual property summary covering what intellectual property, or IP, is and the rights and protections associated with it.

Biography

Michael Nunnally devotes his practice to assisting corporate clients of all sizes with diverse intellectual property needs. Michael performs intellectual property diligence for corporate transactions, prepares and files patent and trademark applications, responds to USPTO office actions, drafts IP agreements, and otherwise assists clients with various aspects of their intellectual property portfolios.
