Abstract

Sandia National Laboratory is in Albuquerque, New Mexico and was established in 1949. Currently the lab employees over 13,000 in New Mexico. The lab’s mission has expanded over the years to include nuclear deterrence, global security, national security programs, energy and homeland security and advanced science and technology. Professionals in the field of Health Physics are needed to support mission.

Education: B.S. Physics and Mathematics (Florida Southern College) M.S. Nuclear Engineering/Health Physics (University of Florida) PhD Industrial Hygiene (University of South Florida) Experience: Lockheed Martin Specialty Components (1993-1997) Sandia National Lab (2002-present) Certifications: Certified Health Physicist Certified Industrial Hygienist
