Abstract

This lecture is about protecting intellectual property. An overview of patents, trade secrets and copyright laws will be covered.


Biography

Mr. Bill Needle has been recognized as a dean of the IP Bar of Atlanta by Chambers & Partners. He has distinguished himself for his ability in advising clients in all areas of IP law. He was a founder and named partner of one of Atlanta's first IP law firms. After practicing law for decades, he is currently serving as a mediator and arbitrator, helping resolve contentious disputes in IP at JAMS Mediation, Arbitration and ADR Services. He is also a proud graduate of the Georgia Tech School of Chemistry and a current member of the School of Chemistry Advisory Board.
