Abstract

The presentation will focus on People, Plant, Process (3Ps) to drive the three key complemental outcomes: Safety, Reliability, and Cost. It shows how People are developed, Plant Assets are maintained & operated, and how Processes are developed and followed .


Biography

Amir Shahkarami, P.E. President & CEO CASe Global Partners, Inc. Retired from Exelon in 2014 as CEO ENP and Senior VP Operations (previous positions: Senior VP Technical Services, Braidwood Nuclear Station Site VP, Engineering VP). Management positions at Entergy (90-02), Fermi-2 (88-90), Sargent & Lundy (83-88), Brown & Root, Inc. (80-83). Executive Chair of BWR & PWR Owners groups. Amir was given the WANO Leadership Award, the ANS Utility Leadership award and Presidential Citation, and Chicago Business Leader of Color. ANS: Member for 25 years; served twice as a member of the Board of Directors; served as a General Chair of Annual Meetings, ICAPP, Fuel Performance, and UWC conferences; chairman Utility Integration Sub-Committee; member of Fukushima ANS Sub-Committee. Received Amir is currently nominated for ANS presidency. BS and MS (Tulane 80 and 81), MBA (Mississippi College 93), PhD Studies (LSU 01), AMP (Harvard 08).
