The J. Erskine Love Building of the G. W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering has three
conference rooms that are available for Faculty, Staff and student groups to reserve for meetings and programs. First priority is reserved for Woodruff School M.E. programs and meetings.
Please review the attached calendars for availability.
Allow 24 hours for response regarding reservation. If the reservation is needed for that day and the calendar
shows availability, please see Antonette Benford in Love Room 205, or Judy Diamond in Love Room 227 to
confirm room reservations.
The three conference rooms are arranged in standard meeting and theater seating, and will accomodate up to 30 people (with additional seating). There is a table with eight (8) chairs in the front of the room, and theater-style seating in the back. Each room has a portable overhead Projector, as well as the following:
Love 109 is equipped with a ceiling-mounted projector and screen for presentation capabilities.
Love 210 is equipped with VTC equipment for video/teleconferencing, and a ceiling-mounted projector and screen for presentation capabilities.
Love 311 is equipped with a ceiling-mounted projector and screen for presentation capabilities.
Love Atriums are located on all three floors of the Love Building, and will accomodate up to 100 people.
