The Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering has three conference rooms that are available for Faculty, Staff and student groups to reserve for meetings and programs. First priority is reserved for Woodruff School programs and meetings.

Please review the attached calendars for availability. Allow 24 hours for response regarding reservation. If the reservation is needed for that day and the calendar shows availability, please come to the Administrative Office, MRDC 3220, to reserve the room.

Conference rooms cannot be reserved after 6pm daily or during weekends.

The Woodruff School reserves the right to cancel a reservation previously confirmed if the school needs the venue for an event.

MRDC 4211 is arranged standard theatre seating, and will accommodate 50 people. Tables are available for use, but the room must be returned to it's theatre setting after meeting is concluded.

MRDC 4115 seats 12 persons and can not be re-arranged.
