Room Logistics

Boggs 3-47: Seminar room is equipped with a ceiling mounted projector and screen as well as a speaker podium with computer. The room may be equipped in one of the following three formats, please note which format is needed on the reservation request:

Theater Style: Will accommodate up to 50 people without tables.
Classroom Style: Will accomodate up to 30 people with tables arranged in rows.
Workshop Style: Will accommodate up to 30 people with tables arranged in a U shape.

Video Conferencing

Portable VTC equipment may be used in the room. For instructions on the use of the VTC equipment, please see Videoteleconferencing Instructions.
